Sailhouse was founded in 2009 as a boutique real estate firm committed to excellence. We design, build and develop residential and commercial properties to create remarkable environments for our clients. We work with industry leading design professionals, specialty contractors and innovative consultants to deliver timeless design, energy efficient and extraordinary projects.
In addition, Sailhouse assists property owners, public agencies and specialty brands with all of their real estate needs. Sailhouse owns and manages distinctive properties throughout Southern California.
Project Details
The primary objective for Sailhouse was to get a sharp look at how their collection of real estate projects would look online. We did some creative photo sourcing from websites like Unsplash and made a parallax montage of photos throughout the site. We included famous fading quotes from architects like Frank Gehry. Sailhouse also needed to add Announcements and Press so that they could reach customers and followers online. We fine-tuned the mobile version, so everything is crispy and snappy.
